Shenzhen GSIN Green Building CO.,LTD was founded in April, 1998, located in Longgang District, Shenzhen, covers an area of about 30,000㎡, with the annual capacity is about 32,000t. GSIN is a National High-tech Enterprises operated in super high-rise buildings with steel-structure, large-span space buildings with steel-structure and assembled buildings with steel-structure, obtains first Class of Steel Structure Engineering Contractor, third Class of Construction Engineering General Contractor. GSIN finished the shareholding system transformation in 2015, and listed on the New OTC Market in November, 2016. The stock code is 839696. GSIN was awarded as the 2015 Integrity Enterprise in China’s Construction Steel Structure Industry (5A) and National High-tech Enterprise in the same year.
GSIN has rich experience in design, manufacture and construction in super high-rise buildings with steel-structure and large-span space buildings with steel-structure, and formed a business system characterized by professional design, factory-made manufacturing and standardized installation.
Among the over 100 projects that have been undertaken successively, GSIN finished 3 super high-rise buildings over 340 meters high represented by “Shenwan Huiyun Center” and “One Shenzhen Bay”, 65 super high-rise buildings between 100 and 300 metres high represented by “Platinum Tower” and “Wongtee Tower”, about 50 large-span space buildings represented by “Beijing Normal University ZhuHai Gymnasium” (span of 145m) .
In these projects，GSIN received 7 national prizes represented by " The Mixc Shopping Mall in NanNing", "Huizhou Sports Center" and 15 provincial and ministerial prizes represented by " GT LAND Plaza (Hangzhou)", " The Mixc of Taihu New City (Wuxi)".
The project of Cumark Tower built with SLAT system has won the first recognition of the assembled steel structure building in Shenzhen residential construction system, won the Guangdong Provincial Steel Structure Gold Award----"Guangdong Steel Award"，the title of Guangdong Safety and Civilization Double-Excellent Construction Site, Shenzhen Safety and Civilization Double-Excellent Construction Site, Shenzhen High Quality Structural Engineering Award, Shenzhen Green Architectural Design Gold Grade Certification, and the "CI" Gold Award of China Construction Seventh Building Corporation Limited, Shenzhen Safety Production Demonstration Site Title, Shenzhen Excellent QC Achievement Second Prize, Shenzhen Green Construction Demonstration Project, etc.
GSIN has many intellectual property that including 5 national invention patents and 22 national utility model patents, 5 computer software copyrights and 2 registered trademark.Since 2010, GSIN has developed the SLAT Assembled Steel Structure Light-Weight Building System together with China Academy of Building Research, Tsinghua University and other domestic research institutes. The research has been applied to “Cumark Tower”(Shenzhen), The Fourth People’s Hospital of Shenzhen Longgang，F2 Division of Guangzhou Asian Games City Sports Center and so on.
